Service Agreements
Agreement Maintenance Inspections include an annual inpection for cooling and/or once per year for heating (unless otherwise specified) and will consist of the following heating and cooling checks:

 Check & adjust belts
Clean condensate drains
Oil motors
Check thermostat
Monitor voltage/amps
Check wire connections
Lubricate moving parts
Inspect heat exchanger
Check safety controls
Monitor flue draft
Check gas pressure
Clean burners & pilot
Clean ignition assembly
Check heating rise |
Cooling
Check & adjust belts

Clean condenser coils
Monitor voltage/amps
Check wire connections
Lubricate moving parts
Check thermostat
Check system pressures
Check safety controls
Check cooling drop |
